Report statuses reference
An RMDE report moves through five statuses from creation to the permanent development record. This page explains each status and who can see or act on a report in that state.
Status lifecycle
Draft -> Ready -> In Review -> Agreed -> FinalisedEach status represents a stage in the collaborative review process between the Match Official Developer (MOD or MOC) and the referee being assessed.

A draft report is a work in progress. The MOD or MOC is filling in the RMDE framework sections. The referee cannot see the report at this stage.
Ready

A ready report is complete from the author's perspective but has not yet been shared with the referee. This allows for a final review before the referee sees it.
In Review

An in-review report has been shared with the referee. They can read the full assessment. This typically triggers a development conversation.
Agreed

An agreed report has been discussed and signed off by both the MOD/MOC and the referee. The content is now locked. Awaiting final authorisation.
Finalised

A finalised report is part of the referee's permanent development record. It appears in their development profile and can be viewed by all roles with REPORT_VIEW_ANY permission.
Warning: Finalisation is irreversible. The report content cannot be edited after this point. Confirm all details before finalising.
